I am noticing a “fog” in several of my windows, which won’t go away. I remember hearing of window problems before, many being replaced. So what’s the deal? Is there a warranty on our windows? If so, whom do I call?

I forget who the supplier is but that's probably who you would call & I thought those windows had a life time warranty, but not sure. Nelson could probably shed light on who to call. I also know that Bob Thomas used to have problems with their windows so maybe a call to Jan could shed light as well.

The "window" problem has been as widespread as the "toilet" problem. Many many homes have been affected.

We just has 3 panes replaced. The manufacturer given to me was MI Windows in Gratz PA. I contacted them and if I am correct the warranty only applies to the original owner. We ended up using the services of Howells Glass on South Queen Street in Lancaster. $470 for 3 panels installed (very well I might add).
